Social Security Number Trace
Instant
The Social Security Number (SSN) Trace serves as a locator device that helps develop additional jurisdictions where your applicant may have lived, worked, or attended school. The search may also reveal the use of Aliases (AKA’s). The SSN Trace utilizes information collected from thousands of different sources of information, such as utility bills, car registrations, rental agreements, credit headers, etc. The SSN Trace also includes a search of the Death Master File. The SSN Trace Report is not obtained from the Social Security Administration (SSA) and does not provide validation of an applicant’s SSN.

The Credit Report provides details regarding an applicant’s current and previous debts, payment history, bankruptcy records, lien and judgments, and current financial status. Credit reports for employment purposes will not have a credit score indicated and are “soft hits,” meaning they will not affect an applicant's credit rating.
Motor Vehicle Records (MVR)

The Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) Search provides an applicant’s driving history, including license suspensions, DUIs/DWIs/DWAIs, revocations, accidents, traffic violations, insurance lapses, and unpaid or unanswered summons.

With the County Criminal Records solution, records are searched at county courthouses electronically or by our experienced nationwide network of court researchers. This is the most accurate and up-to-date way to search for criminal records.
Statewide Criminal Records

With the Statewide Criminal Records, records are searched at the centralized state repository. All states maintain a state repository; however, many are not updated regularly. This may result in incomplete or inaccurate information. National Criminal Database Search. (USCRL)

This search locates potential criminal records nationwide. The National Criminal Database Search aggregates over 800 million records from various sources, such as counties, Departments of Corrections (DOC), and Administrative Offices of Courts (AOC) records.
Global Security Watch List

The Global Monitor Check (GMC) search helps organizations meet terrorist-checking obligations now required by the U.S. Patriot Act. The search includes information from sources including; Most Wanted, Fugitive List, OFAC, Denied Persons, and many more.
National Registered Sex Offender (NSOR)

The National Sex Offender Registry (NSOR) identifies whether or not an individual is listed as a registered sex offender in 48 States, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories and participating U.S. Native American Tribes. The Federal Criminal search accesses the highest federal court in the district, which is ordered to identify criminal convictions on federal charges including, but not limited to, securities and tax law violations, immigration violations, embezzlement, terrorism, weapons violations, interstate drug crimes, and civil rights violations.

VAST COLLECTION NETWORK
Phoenix Global Employment Screening boasts one of the nation’s largest collection networks with 20,000+ collection sites.
We’ll determine your locations and conduct a site match to determine what options work best for you and your applicants in terms of distance and cost, and then we’ll build out your scheduling options to match.
HOW IT WORKS
The candidate goes to collection site with their photo ID and an electronic donor pass generated from our mobile-friendly site or a paper chain of custody form provided to them by your organization.
The donor donates their specimen, or a trained phlebotomist will assist with the collection, if necessary.
The donor’s specimen is shipped to the lab for testing or is tested onsite. If the initial test is non-negative, whether tested onsite or at the lab, further testing will occur to confirm the finding.
The results will be transmitted to the Medical Review Officer (MRO) for review. If non-negative, the MRO will reach out to the candidate to complete an interview verifying if there is a medical explanation for the result.
Results are posted to our applicant portal, The Phoenix Global Employment Screening, for review.
